We're looking for a Route Sales Representative to help grow OREKS Crush's presence with cart operators, shop owners and retail partners across your assigned area. You'll be the main point of contact for existing partners and a key part of bringing on new ones, making sure our vending carts and shop fridges stay stocked, priced and looking good.

This is a field-based role that suits someone who enjoys being out and about, building relationships face to face, and keeping track of orders and restocking schedules. You'll work closely with our production and logistics teams out of our Rajagiriya facility to keep deliveries on track.

Requirements

We're looking for someone reliable, comfortable travelling around their area day to day, and confident building relationships with shop owners and retail partners. Prior sales or route delivery experience is a plus but not essential – we'll help you get up to speed on our products.

• Valid driving licence
• Comfortable travelling within your assigned area
• Good communication skills
• Basic record-keeping for orders and restocks
• Sales or customer-facing experience preferred
• Reliable and punctual
• Willingness to learn our flavour range and products

Responsibilities

Day to day, you'll visit partners along your route, check stock and pricing, take restock orders, and report back to our sales and production teams so deliveries can be planned around demand.

• Visit vending cart and shop partners on your route
• Check stock levels and arrange restocking
• Build relationships with new and existing partners
• Report sales and restocking needs to head office
• Support machine placement and basic troubleshooting
• Represent OREKS Crush professionally in the field
